Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate the return process. After the returned item is received, we will proceed with your refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, you are eligible for a reshipment or a full refund in case your order is lost during transit.
Lost / Missing Packages
INDIGLOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
Customs Fees
INDIGLOR is not responsible for any customs duties or fees applied after shipping. By purchasing from us, you agree that your order may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that in some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping options.

Some shipping carriers may take 2-5 business days to update tracking information.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking status has not updated, please contact our support team for assistance.
